Grey water collectors

A GREY WATER CHALLENGE WAS HELD IN THE MONTH OF JUNE. THE WHOLE SCHOOL PARTICIPATED. EVERY WEDNESDAY A GRADE BROUGHT IN THEIR GREY WATER. THE AMOUNT OF BOTTLES WERE COUNTED AND THE LITRES WERE TALLIED EACH WEDNESDAY. THE WATER WAS USED TO WATER THE GRASS AND THE GROUNDS OF THE SCHOOL.

THE TOTAL RESULTS WERE LEFT TO BE ANNOUNCED ON THE 28TH JUNE.

TOTAL COLLECTED IN:

GRADE 3= 412LITRES.

GRADE 2 = 454LITRES

GRADE 1 = 688LITRES.

GRADE R = 995LITRES.  

THE TOTAL AMOUNT COLLECTED WAS 2549 LITRES. THE WINNING CLASSES AND THE WINNING GRADE RECEIVED A TREAT AND EXTRA 15 MINUTES BREAK.
