We found out how plastic is easily mistakable as food. To demonstrate this, we pretended to be birds using clothespins or tweezers as beaks and tried to pick up corn while not picking up plastic. It was a fun to play to see how birds can mistake plastic as food but it was a sad thought that they are in trouble, just by trying to eat. Some of the plastic really looked like corn and it was hard not to pick it up.
