The AquaVics of Vicarstown National School!

Congratulations to the AquaVics from Vicarstown National School in Co. Cork, they have won School of the Month for all their watery work in December! This fantastic group of Water Explorers prove that you don't need a huge team to make a big splash!

Keep an eye out for the parcel when you're back to school next week!!!

They have completed 9 challenges and have written some amazing newsreels! Check out their Christmas Art challenge and read all about flooding in Cambodia in their Drenched or Dry article. The precious water challenge Stop That Drip will save the school over 70,000 litres a year and the Flushed Away challenge will save over 20,000 litres of freshwater a year! Why not read their newsreels for some inspiration and take the challenge with your class?!

We can't wait to see some new watery adventures in the New Year! Make sure to write a newsreel about your challenges and post a photo of your teams adventure to win bonus points and you could be the next Team of the Month! Check out the leaderboard to see how your team is doing!
