Where is water hiding in the food we eat??

We thought carefully about the food we eat and wondered how much water was hiding inside. We initially though mainly about how 'juicy' or wet the foods were but then Vikki helped us to think about the whole 'life-story' of the foods we eat. We tracked 14 points along the jorney of a chocolate bar...
