The recipes

We first did some research to find out how much invisible water is in the food we eat.
We then made a recipe book, available on our Water Explorers page, choosing ingredients that consume as little water as possible. We have also added in the book information on the amount of water invisible in the various products used in everyday life to educate readers. 30 recipe books were made and we distributed them in the families of the water explorers. We also left copies in the teachers' room and the communal library.
