Planting trees at VPS

Arbor Day is one of the most important days at VPS! Garde 6 made up a special assembly for the school, pointing out the importance of trees and how vital they are to habitats and to each one of us. Using the projector, they showed us why planting trees was so important and especially the planting of indigenous tress to help us save water in this time of drought. We also saw the trees of the year and that we had decided not to plant a fig as we had many in the school grounds that are huge! After assembly the class went to plant three trees.
