The workshop took place at the Penquin & Seabird Sanctuary in Gansbaai

On the 1st of February the Deep Blue Ambassadors met for the first time this year and invited the SANParks Junior Rangers from Albert Myburgh High School in Bredasdorp to join us for a International Wetlands Day celebration. Pinkey Ngewu gave a very interesting lesson on what wetlands are and why it is important to conserve wetlands.  After that we went outside to do an experiment on a 3D wetlands model to learn more about the benefits of wetlands. Everyone enjoyed the day!
