A B C of Magic Moringa
Posted by Luhana Primary, South Africa on 20 February 2019

Since attending a Water Explorer workshop in Bulwer, Magic Moringa fever has gripped our school. In this serious of pictures learners have not just grown their own plant seeds using grey water but also been involved in peer to peer learning sessions about the medicinal and nutritional properties of the Moringa plant. Here each learn got to taste Moringa and incorporate it into the cooking of school meals because we now know Moringa is high in many essential nutrients, minerals and vitamins like Vitamin A,B,C, calcium, iron and potassium.
