Kwangubeni Host 2nd Eating for the Earth workshop
Posted by Kwa-Ngubeni Primary School, South Africa on 29 September 2020

Kwangubeni teachers as well as those from 4 neighboring schools were invited to attend , this is what they had to say

The workshop was very educational. I have learned a lot. I have new knowledge about the right kinds of foods and herbs that are better for our immune system, especially important during this pandemic. As a consumer science student, specialising in improving peoples lives through food, this workshop was very educational for me and I am looking forward to spreading the knowledge to others, thank you.

A very fruitful workshop, so much useful information. I got more than I expected. I have learned a lot about how to manage diabetes and make my own natural immune booster. A very big thanks for this info, thank you for your kindness and being patient with us.

More plants to be eaten to reduce comorbidities, diabetes and hypertension. Thank you so much for everything. I will try and practice everything I have learned.

The part that I enjoyed the most is learning about eating healthy and how to avoid certain animal based foods that aren’t good for our health. I enjoyed learning about how to make our own hand sanitiser and learning about all the immune boosting remedies especially during this pandemic
