Horfield CofE Primary have been very busy spreading the water-saving message recently.
The team wrote a amazing song about looking after our precious ocean. You can find the team performing the song here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBwj_yOQtrI
They then brought their message to a big event on the harbourisde where they joined the launch of the Hubbub Plastic Fishing Boat in Bristol. Here they performed their song to 70 poeple from a range of businesses and oragnisations. After this they used the plastic fishing boat to go collect all sorts of litter from the water. They then went back to their school to lead an assembly all about Water Explorer and raised awareness on the plastic in our oceans.
Since then they have been asked to sing their song at the Climate Crisis Full Council Debate in Bristol full of VIPs and dignitaries!
Well done team and good luck!
